[FIXED] Phone Calls from Household Members

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play with a household, with a teen attending high school and join them.
What happens when the bug occurs? I've had two separate instances. 1st being my teen sims mother called her while she was at school and asked if she thought the mother should try for another baby with her father. 2nd the mother called the teen sim again while she was at school asking to come visit, the same dialog box that pops up when a sim is away at college or moves out.
What do you expect to see? Expect the scenarios not to happen to family members living in the same house, even if one of them is away at high school or a job.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, it's only happened once
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sim (who is currently still a Teen) was hanging out with the Wildfangs in Moonwood Mill, and suddenly received a pop-up message from her mother (not a text or call, just a pop-up like the event messages from exploring the tunnels) asking when she was going to visit home, and sort of implying that the Teen had moved out and not been in touch in a while. My Teen still lives in the same household as her mother, and was only gone for about 18 hours as I was attempting to have her quickly join the Wildfangs pack in only a couple of days.
What do you expect to see? not see this message until my sim actually moves out, i guess?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I assume this has something to do with the new base game update that came with Growing Together's release, as I have never seen this message before in all my years of playing this game, and it occurred only a few days after I installed that update.

Not sure if this is relevant, but this is a relatively new save, I only just started this save two days ago, and this occurred less than one week into the game (in-game-time)

i apologise for the poor quality of the image. I play on a console and as such have to take photos of my screen with a low-quality phone camera. I just hope you can read the text in the image.

Never had this problem before, but it surfaced now. I have teenagers who get calls from their mom when they leave the home lot (has happened now twice when going to the ball for example). The last time mom called to ask if they should try for a baby, now she calls to tell him that he should sometimes visit?! He left home like less than half an hour ago, codependent much?

All Expansion packs, all Game packs and Stuff packs except Journey to Batuu. All Kits except Desert Luxe, Decor to the Max, Courtyard Oasis, Incheon Arrivals, Bust the Dust, Fashion Street, Modern Menswear, Urban Homage, and Party Essentials.

The teenagers have the ball in the evening.

In version 1.104.x mother living in the same home as her child asked the child to visit her sometimes. I see the issue is still here.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  I don't know how to make the bug happen, it seems to happen at random for me.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't have neighborhood stories enabled for my current household, but it is enabled for all other households. Twice now, when one I'm playing with one of my sims on a different lot from the others, another one of my sim will do a neighborhood stories action. For more detail, I'm playing the Strangerville story with my teenage sim who is an alien and I am on my fourth generation of the same family (if any of that matters), and this will happen when stepmom / caregiver is at home while my sim is elsewhere. They are both in my active household. The first time this happened I got one of those calls from her stepmom asking if she and my sim's dad (also in the active household) should have another child. I said no but they had one anyway. The second time, my teen sim was in Britechester when I got a notification that her mom had left her level 9 painting career to join the education career so I quit without saving. I don't know what is causing this issue, and it's only happened twice so I don't know what's triggering it other than my teen sim being somewhere alone and her mom being at home. It's not a major issue I guess but it's pretty annoying so I'm not sure what else to do.
What do you expect to see? I don't want sims in my active household to behave like neighborhood stories is enabled for them.
