- Resolved an issue where the Reaper’s Rewards quests would disappear from the UI.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? crystal creations, for rent, horse ranch, pet lovers bundle, High School, Werewolves, Wedding Stories, Cottage Living, Dream Home Decorator, Bust the Dust, Paranormal, Snowy Escape, Star Wars, Knitting, Eco, Tiny Living, Discover University, Realm of Magic, Island living, Strangerville, Spa Day, Seasons, Get Famous, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat, Get Together, Parenthood, Dine Out, City Living, Vampires. Most of the stuff packs too.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? IDK Load the game on ps4 and travel.
What happens when the bug occurs? It was visible once. Traveling seems to make it go away.
What do you expect to see? A quick fix for this issue before rewards are not able to be accessed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The tasks are not showing in the in game interface. The bubbles are there but no tasks. Additionally, Since there are no tasks, you can't option the sims to do them. I can't ask about ambrosia from anyone. Can't see the tasks, can't do the tasks.
You can see I have a lot of money invested in this game. I logged on specifically to get the Reaper Rewards and immediately run into problems. I will not be happy if EA's technical issues cause me to miss my chance at earning rewards.
