[FIXED] Reaper's Rewards: Newsletter not delivered/Mailman stuck

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except: Bust the Dust Kit & Modern Menswear Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't progress on my Reapers Rewards due to bugs with the: Wait for the Ambrosia Society newsletter task. I need to receive & accept the Ambrosia Society newsletter to complete the first stage of the Reaper Rewards however the mail never gets delivered, the mailperson stands on the edge of my property & does nothing. No objects are blocking the way & the mailbox is easy to access by the boarder (still within) my property. I tried the expediting mail option on my sims phone & that doesn't work either, it takes my money but never arrives.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to work. Show as completed & for me to receive the reward for it being completed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
