[FIXED] [S] Male Scout Uniform Black Scarf

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.63.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion, game, and stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a male teen/adult/elder wear the scout uniform either in Live Mode or CAS. This shows up on both swatches.
What happens when the bug occurs? The front hanging ties of the scarf/kerchief are a solid black as if the texture is missing?
What do you expect to see? The front of the scarf should match the back, being red with yellow stripes just like the children's scout uniform which seems unaffected.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When wearing the Scout uniform for Teens/Adults/Elders the scarf part of the uniform shows up solid black on the front in both CAS and Live Mode. The Child version is normal.

It also appears fine in the catalogue in CAS for both swatches, but not actually on the Sim.

The Teen/Adult/Elder Female uniform is also fine for both swatches in CAS and Live Mode, only the male uniform is affected.
