    Fixed an issue in which Hygiene was not being resolved when Taking a Shower on any Bathtub and Shower Combo.

    Fixed in Patch 1.60.54

@fernanda_l  I've merged your post into the master bug thread for this issue.  It's a known problem with combination showers/tubs.  Feel free to click Me Too on the first post and add any other information you think is relevant.
