What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? No added game packs or expansions. Just the standard Sims 4 game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, it just happens randomly. It didn't start until after shortly after I earned my badge from playing for 5 hours. I did try the cheat to reset them, and that didn't work.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims refuse to move. First, they simply refused to go to work and pressing the "Go To Work" button didn't do anything. I found a workaround for that, and the game returned to normal in the duration of them going and coming back. Upon coming back, they stayed in work clothes, won't go inside the house, won't respond to commands inside the house. They'll respond to interactions with each other outside the house. Then a bubble will appear with a red exclamation point and footsteps above the Sim. They just stand around outside the house, walk two steps in a direction and stop and go on their phone. Then it repeats.
What do you expect to see? I expect them to respond to the commands, be able to go into the house. At the very least sometimes they do things on their own automatically without my forced command, they won't even do that.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
