Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? only in live mode. after a few seconds of game play.
What happens when the bug occurs? all sims, pets, and animals on the lot freeze in place and will not complete actions. they will move their heads and bob in place but will not walk, or do anything.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play the game correctly. I expect all features to work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. once I installed the new update and the new horse ranch expansion pack
