[FIXED] Sims are still being generated with Tragic Clown hair

The tragic clown hair is back to being randomly generated on sims after the most recent patch. 

Is he the tragic clown ? If so, he will show up like this even if off duty.

So get the picture and see if that clown shows up. If so, that's working as intended.

You should only have one Sim like this though

No I don't think so? This is a regular NPC townie sim.

Or is that how the tragic clown works? I've never interacted with the tragic clown nor have I tried to summon one.

I honestly hate the tragic clown so much, it's one of the worst additions to the game by far.

He's basically a regular townie. He should only show up when summoned or on retail/restaurant lots.

So try summing him through the painting to see if it's the same one.

I don't know if this is related, but my John Burb, who was supposed to be a genetic mix between Brad and Tiffany, came out with blue eyebrows. I had to readjust them in CAS before I started playing the family.

Why do you think it's related to the clown hair ? Sounds odd.

Are you using any cc ?

Not sure if this is still open but when I got City Living and started a new game with no mods/CC - at least 4 Sims with the clown hair spawned in San Myshuno. I got rid of them by finding out their last name and deleting them in manage worlds.

Should be fixed and I haven't seen any in my game.

Were they re-generated or was it a one time thing ?
