     Sims who were vampires but are now Sims that aren’t vampires will now be able to sleep more than 3 hours when tired

    Fixed in Patch 1.96.365/1.71

    I can't tell if only vamps where the issue with this. There are of course also a lot of legit reasons and this thread has run it's course.

    Please create a new one if you still have issues.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? strange ville, jungle adventure, backyard stuff, fitness stuff, get famous, city living, get to work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click sleep on a bed
What happens when the bug occurs? my sim refuses to do anything
What do you expect to see? my sim sleeps
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So when i click sleep on a bed my sim will just sit on the bed for a minute then get off, but the sleeping action remains in the doing queue which results in my sim refusing to do anything else as he thinks hes sleeping, when its not. The only fix i found is just relog, but thats only temporary. About every 15-30 minutes the glitch will occur again. researched on the internet and found no one with the same problem. I originally found this in strangeville dlc. But then when i tried get famous it also occured there so i don't think its just a broken bed.

        Hi @SylvesterAntolak 

        I've played through 3 nights on your save and didn't have any issues with the Sim using the bed. You say that reloading usually fixes it for you and that it comes back after 15-30 min.

        Is that RL time ?

        Have you tried repairing the game through Origin ? Is this the only household you have this issue with ?

        So far, what i have done, is i removed the nurse career custom content - simply because my sim wasn't making any money - heaven knows why not. Anyway, I am in the process of downloading my expansion packs (as I only got the base game about 4 days ago.) and i am waiting on Get To Work to download. I have also put the nurse career back in but seeing as it doesn't make ANY cash, it will be deleted again permanently. I will keep you updated.

        EDIT: Hi Crinrict - yes the link works now. I also read through the entire list and can confirm - no babies, no pets, sealed off rooms (ie doors and not arches), no electronics in the room, plenty of room around the beds and only a light in the room nowhere near the bed. Only thing i can put it down to is the nursing career mod (which i have indicated, once GTW is installed, will be permanently deleted). This is the only CC i've used in the game and had problems since... Thank you for all of your help.
