[FIXED] Skills List Not Staying in Alphabetical Order (Patch 1.107.112)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? PC 1.107.112.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Modern Menswear
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just look at any sim's skill panel.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim's skill panel is out of order and when I switch it to show it alphabetically, it doesn't stay, the next time I go to look at my sim's skill, it's out of order again.
What do you expect to see? My sim's skill panel to be alphabetical since the May 28/24 update notes say that it is supposed to be alphabetical.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never on this computer.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. While I'm reporting it again after the May 28/24 game update, my original report mentioned that I thought it happened after the March 14 infant game update.

I've updated my game (May 28/24) and even though the patch notes say that that sims' skills should stay alphabetical, they aren't. My sim's skills are still out of order and if I put them in alphabetical order, they go back to being out of order once I switch to a second sim (whose skills also are out of order) and go back to the first sim. You can see my screenshot for what I'm seeing. 

Note I'm not seeing the template so am posting without the details in hopes that editing my post will provide it. If not, I'll manually add the details (edited to add I never got the template so I did add the details manually). Also, this is on a new save since the update, no mods (or cc), new download of the game done on a different computer just before the update & I repaired my game after the update. However, I did test with existing sims that I got from my gallery and they already had skills.
