Hey there @FeverishEU,

For the blank tool tips you're seeing- that issue typically happens due to outdated mods. Are you sure you've removed all mods/CC from your game? If so, please try the suggested steps in the thread here and let me know how that works for you. 

For the other issues, would you please attach some screenshots to your post?

I’m having the exact same issue and never downloaded mods. In fact I just got a brand new laptop
