[FIXED] [STEAM] HSY missing String files

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Steam-PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.103...

    Is anyone still seeing this issue after today's patch?

Here is the missing string file, had a friend upload hers to her sfs file share. It solved all the issues with blank tool tips and new high school items showing as debug. 

If you got the game from Steam, it goes in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4\EP12. If you got it from elsewhere, find your EP 12 folder, in Origin folder somewhere I am guessing.

    Thanks for sharing the string file! Unfortunately it didn't work for me, so here's hoping they fix the servers at steam quickly.
