Strange... I'm seeing the file fine in my own Steam game.

Have you tried reinstalling Steam itself?  And then doing ""Verify Integrity of game files" after Steam is reinstalled.

I've tried everything suggested so far besides reinstalling Steam itself. And still the same. No test in Copperville.
