Is anyone still seeing this issue after today's patch?
Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Czech
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions; all Game Packs except Star Wars, Weddings and Werewolves; all Stuff Packs; 3 Kits: Decor to the Max, Little Campers, Blooming Rooms.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just enter Buy/Build mode and pick any object from High School Years Expansion Pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? Names and descriptions of objects are replaced with **DEBUG** (**LADĚNÍ** in Czech)
What do you expect to see? Proper names and descriptions of HSY objects.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed HSY, updated the game.

It's not only Steam, I have the same issue with Origin game version, PC/Windows.
I play in Czech so it says **LADĚNÍ**, but it basically means "debug" (see attachment).
Do you have these files:
\Origin Games\The Sims 4\EP12\Strings_CZE_CZ.package
\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Delta\EP12\Strings_CZE_CZ.package
I'm missing the file in this folder: \Origin Games\The Sims 4\Delta\EP12
