Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1....

@Ashmc28 I know I’m so mad! I just wanna play my game! I can’t play at all! It kicks me out every time I try and it’s very disappointing esp since you put so much money into it buying packs then can’t play. Very aggravating.

@KDumas2786 Totally agree with you! I had just purchased two new packs and not been able to play them at all as mine does the same wont let me play any old or new games!

It very frustrating and disappointing! Just feels like I wasted my money because by the look of things the problem isn’t going to be fixed any time soon! ☹️

    They have to do something.. the game isnt even functioning

    @Ashmc28 Ugh that’s very discouraging. At this point I wish I would’ve got it on pc they seem to have it easier then console which seems to be weird since things should’ve upgraded to console faster and better since more people would rather play console? Idk although you get a lot more things to do with pc to

    @geremy890 Agreed. I guess I’m gonna try a new save game to see if that works for me but doesn’t seem to work for that many or that long.

    It’s been 12 days since I’ve been able to play my main save, and the new one I started after to try ended up not working either. Just a waste of money really
