When I try to do doctor stuff like taking patients temperature the game crashes. I repaired the game in Origin, took away all mods but nothing changed. Seems to be a bug which needs to be fixed.
We addressed an issue that could cause the game to freeze while playing the Doctor Career or when hiring a Nanny in some languages.

I do not have any mods or CC.
I attach 2 DxDiag files. From my PC and laptop, because I have this problem on both.
On my laptop it doesn't matter which graphic card I use. On both this bug exist.
Also I tried to repair my game using origin.
@podmati1998 it seems to be a bug in German/Italian/Polish games.

After installing the extention my game keeps freezing (I observed it's mostly when I go with my sim to his work <hospital>). It freezes and I can't do really anything. When I try to open task manager it also doesn't work (my screen turns white then and I can only move my mouse, with alt+Tab I can see manager running but I can't switch to it). I tried playing on a different device (my brother's computer) and it's the same so I don't think my computer is the one to be blamed for it. I don't know what I should do. I tried looking for solutions but everything failed. I tried repairing it on origin, playing offline, deleting weird folders like "localthumbcache.package" (don't even know what this is for).
I would really appreciate any help ❤️ 😳

Which language are you playing the game in ?
Thanks for the temporary solution but what if I don't want to change language, since the game is available in mine? (Italian here, and same problem)
The gurus on the US forum have already posted that they are working on the medical career issue.
Another question to co-simmers from Italy and Poland: Can you hire a nanny? In my (German) game the same freezing occurs as soon as the nanny arrives.
