[FIXED][OR] Brewing option disappears after brewing twice

This happens when my sim is brewing the herbal remedy in it's lot on the kitchen oven. It picks up the remedy when it finish the brewing. I task it to continue brewing and the "Brewing Option" DID NO...

It looks like the bug remains in 1.14 as well.

    Still an issue with 1.15.  Workaround of placing stove into and back out of household inventory still works but admittedly does get tiresome, lol.
