This has been fixed for me.   I had almost given up on a fix being issued this year.

Since they came out with seasons I decided to give it another try and bingo.  finally fixed, wooo hooo!!!

now my sims are back to their usual ocd selves.  

drink water, wash hands, trol tech forum.....   rinse and repeat.  ; )
