[FR] 'Fill Vacancy' window doesn't open

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? For Rent
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Can't 'fill vacancy' from business tab. Won't open or won't fill once family selected.
What happens when the bug occurs? Vacancy won't get filled after clicking 'fill vacancy' and selecting a family.
What do you expect to see? the vacancy filled after adding a family
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When trying to fill vacancy it either won't let me select the 'fill vacancy' button or when I do and set rent, rules, etc then pick a family to live there, it doesn't go through/vacancy won't get filled. I have mods and have updated them all, also tried playing without them and the issue still exists.

Since the last time I was able to fill the vacancies the update came out on 12/14 and I also downloaded the romantic garden stuff. Not sure if these caused the issue or not.

    @sercourt Try clicking on the button multiple times in a row (quite fast) or try travelling. Someone else had issues with the windows not opening.

    The cause could be mod related but it seems to stick on vanilla games too.

    @sercourt Same!! I updated the mods and even removed them, but nothing works! The only way to open the 'Fill Vacancy' is by clicking multiple times on the button, as mentioned. However, when I select a family, they don't appear in the rent menu. The only exception is the Lu family, they once rented a unit, and I rightfully evicted them, now theyre the only family I can rent to... I don't know for how long this has been happening, but since the launch of 'For Rent,' I've been having trouble with the Sims

    The only solution I've been able to find is moving sims into each unit from manage households option when in world view.

    I have the same problem! As soon as I try to "fill empty space" no window appears, only after several clicks does it appear. But that's not all! As soon as I have selected a tenant and the tenant is supposed to move in. Nothing happens! I have reinstalled the game, repaired it, cleared the cache and deactivated mods! None of this has worked.

    I have found a cause (there are of course several causes, but this is one of them) that causes this bug. I own a rental house and have the neighborhood stories on so the Sims can move in. This simply causes the Sim to move into this rental house from the game and the bug starts! Just wanted to share this. But this bug, as well as the others, should finally be fixed!

    More information on this bug:
    If you delete a household from the "Manage households" menu and you are a landlord and have this household with you, then the "Fill vacancy" button can no longer be opened and can only be opened again after several clicks.

    Update: "Move out household" also triggers this bug!

    Update 2: You are generally not allowed to delete households, then the bug will also occur. A bugfix update really needs to be released for various bugs with the "For Rent" expansion pack (including this one). It's annoying!

    With the PATCH 1.105.297/1.105.332 the bug still exists! I have tried it out. ☹️
