[FR] Knock missing from doors in some rental units

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PlayStation 5 Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? SP12:1....

@43p83gwjeuv2 Does the Sim just stand there or do you get a routing failure ? Is this the case for all apartments or only certain ones ? Did you delete the localtumbcache file after removing your mods ?

What interactions do you have on the door ?

The sim gets the bubble with the x mark over the  footsteps. It happens for all the apartments. I’m not familiar with the file you are referring to. I simply took all the items out of the mod folder. Would that file have been in the same folder? Sorry… not very tech savvy…

    The interactions on the door were only to switch to that household.

    @43p83gwjeuv2 It's a cache file. You can find it in the Sims folder in documents. Localthumbcache it's what it's called (has a typo in my last post :D)

    Is this during the maintenance event or just being a good property owner ?

      Thank you for taking the time to help.  I have PMed you the save (hope I did it right...)  Is maintenance something you can only do during a maintenance event?  I just got the pack so I am just figuring out how it goes.  I simply traveled to the tenants from the property owner link and wanted to go inside to do inspections to raise the rating.

        @43p83gwjeuv2 No, you can do it any time. This was just informational if it's a problem with the event or a general one.

        EDIT

        So I tested the save and when I travel to a lot, this is what shows up on the door for my game. None of this are present. Once I knock, I get let it and then the options all disappear and it's only switch. So it's like the game thinks you're already in the house but actually not.

        Merging this with the thread above as I believe it's the same.
