Game failed to load error Ps4

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While I was playing the game I checked to see if it was downloaded in my extended storage and it said it wasn’t. So I unplugged my extended storage, but then it took me out of my world and brought me to world select which I thought was odd. Then the game told me I didn’t have anything I just recently bought downloaded. So I closed the app and redone loaded everything. It said everything was back to normal but then the game error occurred.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t access any of my lots. None of them.
What do you expect to see? My house open
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I’ve tried anything I could possibly do. I uninstalled everything related to sims on my consol then reinstalled Incase unplugging my extended storage corrupted any files but I still get the same error. I don’t have any mods installed on my sims and I’m unsure what to do now. I’m sure I’ve tried everything and I can’t find any answers to my case. A lot of cases I’ve seen is usually someone just starting the game or someone with a lot of mods.
