[GF] 'Work Hard' icon still present on portrait after Sim quits job for fame
Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except For Rent and Home Chef Hustle, no kits except Desert Luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? First, while a sim is at work, use their portrait icon on the bottom interface bar to tell them to "work hard". Then, wait for them to get one of the fame-related chance cards from Get Famous and choose the option that makes them lose their job.
What happens when the bug occurs? The little "work hard" icon (of two stick figures in the upper right corner of the sim's portrait on the bottom interface bar) will be stuck there, and remain until the sim finds another job and completes one full day of work. Furthermore, it also seems to cause them to develop the "mental fog" moodlet from Growing Together every day that it's there, even when they're unemployed and leading a sedentary lifestyle.
What do you expect to see? The "work hard" icon to go away once the sim is no longer at work/employed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This is a bug I've noticed for a while but never thought too much of in the past, since it's just a matter of getting the sim a new job. At worst, it was just a little visually ugly for the sim to still have the little icon on their portrait while at home; but nothing too annoying. However, since installing Growing Together, it has become borderline game-breaking and immersion-breaking, since a sim can now be constantly on the verge of burning out even as they sit around the house doing nothing, all because the game seems to think they're still somehow busting their butts for a promotion. This seems like a small programming oversight more than anything and, hopefully, it shouldn't be too hard to find and fix.
