@MisterKissen im also having this issue! havent had the chance to check my game without cc or mods but this is exactly it so i have a feeling it wont change much unfortunately

    I don't think it's mods that are the problem, because I took them out, and still had the problem.

    Even started a new save without mods installed and had the same issue. :/
