[GRO] Drawing on the activity table reduces self confidence

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a child draw any painting at an activity table.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime a child Sim starts to draw a painting at an activity table it lowers its confidence. Even in my child Sim who has a fully leveled up creativity skill at ten.
What do you expect to see? No change in confidence or maybe boost in confidence when the drawing is finished? Definitely not a decrease in confidence.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I noticed it after the last update.
