[GRO] Infinite Simulation Lag/Sims just standing on Recreation center

When my Sims go to the recreation center lot from Growing Together EP, there is a massive simulation lag that makes all Sims visiting the lot, including my Sims, completely unresponsive.

When I change the lot to a park, everyone starts walking and doing stuff.

I have tried completely bulldozing the lot and adding only essential items, but the lag is still present. I have all packs and no CC. I even tested it in a new game.

@crinrictPC, running the latest version of this game. But this bug has been presented since the launch of Growing Together. I've even noticed other Simmers on Gallery mentioning this bug under Recreational Center lots but I couldn't find anything here. And no, the issue is presented even on an empty lot with only required items so Gallery Builds are not the problem here.
