[GT] Sim cannot jump into pool from Diving Platform

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.70
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to have a Sim jump off a diving platform into the pool
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sim is running into a routing issue and can no longer climb up and jump off a diving platform into the pool.
What do you expect to see? My Sim jumping into the pool from said platform.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So there's an issue I've been having concerning my Sim being unable to jump into the pool from a diving platform. No mods at the moment. Not sure how this happened ☹️

    I'm suffering the exact same glitch! I don't get it they were doing the diving platform just fine about two days ago. Now for some totally inexplicable reason they refuse to use the diving board despite having plenty of space to do so! I've tried reparing, restarting, moving mods, move objects cheat--no avail! How do you guys solve this glitch? 
    Please tell me how to fix it ASAP

    Never fixed? Forgotten? can't be surprised when there already 6500+ bugs to ignore..

    @Citysim9997 The sims team have asked for saves, its impossible to fix a bug without any reproduction of the issue
