[GTW] Active Careers: Error Code: 102:<various Numbers>

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all DLC's installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So my Sim has moved up to the top level of the Detective Career (GTW). However ever since getting to Level 10, after issuing an APB the scene fails to load with the error "Game Failed to Load, Error Code: 102:200569d9:dffc69d6. It is recommended that you relaunch the game. This happens randomly. The first time this occurred, it was my Sim's third APB since moving onto Level 10 of the Detective Career. This also happened after removing all CC's and Mods and even when doing a new save.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Desert Bloom Park in Oasis Springs will be labeled as "incomplete" yet when I enter it through Build Mode, all the requirements are present.
What do you expect to see? My detective Sim in Level 10 be able to issue an APB and travel to the scene without any hiccups.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

So my Sim has moved up to the top level of the Detective Career (GTW). However ever since getting to Level 10, after issuing an APB the scene fails to load with the error "Game Failed to Load, Error Code: 109 (can't remember the rest)". And then what will happen is that the park in Oasis Springs (I assume that's where the game would bring my detective) would have an "incomplete" label, yet when I enter it in build mode, all the requirements were ticked.

So far I've tried:

- removing CCs and Mods, but the same happened.

- doing a new save, went to the top of the detective career. I got three arrests from other locations but the fourth arrest, the error code showed up again and Desert Bloom is labeled as "incomplete". Then when you enter through build mode, all requirements are present. (This new save trial also proves that it's not being caused by having 400+ played sims in one save because I tried a new save with only one played sim and the same happened).

Does anybody know of a similar bug/issue? 

I have all packs installed.

    @meggiemoo186 Did you quit the game while your Sim was still at work ?

    Can you load any other families ?

    If so, try loading one that knows the Sim in the career and then try to invite the Sim over.

    thank you thank you thank you.

    So I loaded up the household she grew up in, asked her over and (I'm not sure if this is what you were going to suggest but) asked her to move in, then split household and moved her back out and its working! I saved and exited and was able to load it up again! No more quitting the game while they're at their active career, which is must have been what happened. Lesson learnt.

    I keep getting this error code while playing the detective career.  I do not use mods or any custom content.

    Thank you for the advice! I tried it and now all of my Get to Work careers force close and it will either not let me play anymore or will send me home and say I no longer have a career. I didn't notice any of these issues until I purchased expansion packs (Seasons, Horse Ranch and City Living).

    I went to save your files and the game force closed with error code 102:e535b306:ab3199a1. I can't play any careers and it is deleting my active families not included in this play. I have lost three families. I may need to call and just talk to someone in person.
