[GTW] Non-scientists have break-throughs

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every single one.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game and wait for a sim to get a Scientific Breakthrough.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims will randomly have 'Eureka' moments and have a Scientific Breakthrough. However, NONE of them are in the Scientist Career. They also have the option to open a Scientific Notebook and view inventions. I have tested this on multiple saves and without any mods and it still happens. As well as that, since the DHD patch, all sims have the option to check for Home Design Gigs even though none of them are in that career as well. I have attempted to repair my game as well.
What do you expect to see? A notification saying that your sim has had a Scientific Breakthrough and the corresponding Focused Moodlet. There is also the option to open the Scientist Notebook where other skill guides such as collections and fishing are. At the top of the phone menu, there is also an option to check for Home Design Gigs that appears glitched without an icon.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This is a recent issue after the last couple of patches. The DHD Gig bug is from this most recent patch. Before these patches, I never had this problem.

    @amandafaery At what point did you remove your mods ? Before or after these appeared in your notebook ? Did you also delete the localthumbcache file ?

    I removed my mods after this bug had occurred. I had cleared my entire cache as well. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and played it without mods and it is still occurring.

    @amandafaery On a new save too ? Do you have a backup from before the bug occurred you could try on a game without mods ?

    By random heureka moments, do you just mean the ah moments animation or do you get an actual light bulb above the Sim ?

    It happens on new saves as well. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup of my game from before this was happening. When my sims get the breakthrough, they do the animation, have a lightbulb above their head, get the focused moodlet, and I recieve a notification.

    This has started happening to me too, on a teen sim... It's very strange. I've tested with and without mods and the issue persists. It just happened randomly today even though I have played this save before and never had the issue, it just appeared without me changing anything about the save, just launched the game today and this bug started happening.
