Harvestables and collectibles disappearing from sims' inventory

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Español
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? SP32: 1.assets.ml-sp32.70
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs and expansions, several kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Harvest plants and other collectibles and travel or move to a different lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every collectible with the exception of fish and crafted items disappears from the sims inventory when traveling or moving to a different lot.
What do you expect to see? I expect my items not to disappear from my inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. February 14th 2024 update (the one that came with vitiligo).

Most of my collectibles disappeared after moving my domestic unit to a different lot, and the glitch happened again after I harvested some plants and returned home. I still have my fish, but my frogs, plants, rocks and metals, and Omiscan treasures (minus the relics) are gone. They’re not in my house’s inventory either. What’s going on? How can I get my items back?

@Aceeee82 That's strange. The LEs are all about doctors.

Would you mind sending me your save ? Instructions linked in my signature

@Aceeee82 I think I found a solution. The household actually is neither in my nor in other households and I believe that's what's causing the issue for you.

    Follow these steps

    1. Load your save with Load instead of resume
    2. Go to del sol valley, select the family and the click on Evict in the lower right corner.
    3. Go to the household manager and find them in other households (best to sort by name and then just scroll down)
    4. Move them back into the lot
    5. Save the game under a new name
    6. Travel for example to the park in Oasis Spring
    7. Either go fishing, catch frogs or get a collectible some other way.
    8. Travel home
    9. The collected object should now still be in your inventory.

(Steps 6-9 are only to test if it works. Steps 1-4 should fix the issue)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Island Living, Seasons, City Living, Get Together, Get To Work, Journey To Batuu, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat My First Pet, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour Backyard, Romantic Garden Free Holiday stuff & all the freebies from new sign-in game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? (Play multiple households. Never have downloaded any "mod" content. No idea what "cc" is.) Played a household with extensive inventory of plants, collectibles, gear, medicines, etc. The usual stuff playing the Aspirations. Came back to that household & ALL the consumables & collectibles are gone. Checked the "household collectibles progress diamond - everything they ever collected is listed there accurately, but nothing in anyone's inventory. Tried to load an old save. They are all gone but past 72 hrs. No saves on hand have the inventory. Repaired game. Checked for updates. Checked household inventory. Rebooted. Last action with household of 4 adults, 1 child, 3 chickens was to enter eggs in the Finchwick Fair. Brought everyone home, tucked in bed, saved game. Moved on to another house. Have not seen other played household inventory missing... yet.
What happens when the bug occurs? This is the 1st time this has occurred, but it's a pretty big deal. Have played the game for quite a while, so households have extensive collections usually within 5 to 10 items of finding everything. Mostly only the rarest stuff is not yet found. Was hoping over time would find those things, ONCE had a chicken disappear that was entered into the fair. Never came back to household or personal inventory. ONCE had a cow disappear the same way, but the cow re-appeared in the household inventory a week later. Not joking. (I don't have large household inventories - just party gifts, seasonal decorations, outgrown kid stuff kind of things.) Checked the forums for solutions & discovered animals & the fair can be a problem, so stopped entering animals.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my Sims to have all their inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This is my last exception, from 24 June 24:

I had several items go missing from my sims inventory including her project board for university, several potions as a spell caster, several items of her collections, and pieces of jewelry from crystal creations. I don't know how to replicate it because they were there one minute and the next they were gone, when she was traveling from one lot to another.
