[HCHSP] Sims cannot put out appliances on fire when on the food stall

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except for Journey to Batuu, some of the kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put the tabletop pizza oven on the new Home Chef Hustle food stand, and use it often enough for it to catch on fire. Then try to put out the fire. At the time I didn't have a fire alarm on my lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pizza oven is on fire, and I try to get my sim to extinguish it. Above their head comes a bubble with a cross like they can't reach it. I think I finally got out of it by resetting the object a bunch of times and waiting for it to burn out.
What do you expect to see? I would like it if my sim could actually extinguish the fire themselves, or firefighters can.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
As described above, The sims can't reach the tabletop pizza oven to distinguish a fire while it is on the food stall that came with Home Chef Hustle. My game is not in that situation anymore so I fear I don't have any attachments.
