Is the object(s) shown in the attached pic, the item you are talking about? If it is, then there are actually 3 of them, one for each wall height. They are under Ceiling Lighting and are meant to attach to the ceiling so if makes sense that it goes up when you use the short one on a taller wall height. In my pic, I am showing all 3 of them on the tallest wall height. So, all you need to do is use the one for the wall height you are using.
