What happens when the bug occurs? We can submit an infinite amount of horror book to the reader digest without having to wait for the one week cooldown. If we write an other genre, the bug doesn't occur. It's like the horror genre book doesn't count.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to submit only one book per week to the reader digest.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After I bought the Life and Death expansion pack. (Because the bug is related to the horror genre book that came with that expansion)
