[HSY] Ghost Teens Can't Go to Prom

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language do you play in? English
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030 
What expansion packs do you have installed? I have almost all of them except for Batuu, Home Decorater, Wedding Stories, Lovestruck, and For Rent
Steps: How can you find the bug yourself? Try sending a ghost teen to prom as the only teen sim in the household.
What happens when the bug occurs? When prom comes around and the pop up that tells you to select which teens to send to prom, it's blank if the ghost teen sim is the only teen Sim in the household and I can't send her.
Have you installed any customization with the game? No, I'm not currently playing with mods.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No. I didn't start playing with ghost teen Sims until this recent patch and realized that she couldn't attend prom as a ghost.

I have a teen ghost sim that I have been playing with since the new update that allows us to make ghosts in CAS. I tried to send her to prom, but when the pop up to select a teen sim came up, it was completely blank and I couldn't send her to prom. She is the only teen sim in my household. She was able to go to school and everything else. I think this might just be an oversight with the new update.

    Which language are you playing the game in? 
    How often does the bug occur? 
    What is your current game version number? 
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? 
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 
    What happens when the bug occurs? 
    What do you expect to see? 
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? 

    The bug template is sometimes not being displayed due to high traffic.

    I have the exact same issue -- same travel prompt but with no selectable teen sims, so the dialog can't be confirmed and my teen can't go to prom. It's happened 3 times in 3 weeks so far (2 with ageing on, 1 with ageing off).

    I tried the event with some living teens, with & without mods, on new saves and old, and they were fine. The only thing I can figure might be the cause is that the only sim this is happening to is a newly-created-in-CAS ghost teen. I've got the Life & Death pack but since CAS-created ghosts is now a base game feature, I'm not sure if that's relevant.
