(HSY) Lags with Social Bunny app notifications, character values etc...

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play with highschool years, with the Social bunny app. Play on a house with different levels and multiple sims. Upon loading the family you might notice latency, and not knowing why, even when clicking on the 3 dots menue, this does not solve this type of lag. My suspicion is that it comes from the background app feature, having other sims tagging one or multiple of your family members... When I experiment this, to solve it, I have to pause the game, and check on every sims on every floor to ''let these notifications released'' as ''green ++'' above their head. Im not sure if someone understand what I mean, I will try to update with pictures later, but I notice that looking at each individual sims while its laggy, and letting those green notifications above their head roll out, and wait until all sims have let them released... my game will then come back to normal, without or very little lag, due to build mode (but this one is easy to fix, clicking on the 3 dots menu).
What happens when the bug occurs? Lags, then no lags once the notifications or character values, relationship etc... have released above all sims head, across all floor levels...
What do you expect to see? A game that released said notification without the camera needing to be looking at the sims to happen, and therefor creating less lag...
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Feel free to express your expert opinion, but I have been noticing this for so long now and suspect this might be the cause of many people complaining of lag in the game...
