[HSY] No option to sneak out on ground/ask permission

Ilkavelle‘s Check Today's Events and Sneak out mod (google it) looks interesting (if you are willing and able to use mods). I haven't tried it. Be aware: it requires XML injector to work. 

Hey!! I only have the option to "Go to R rated Movie" when clicking on the floor, but not the option to ask for permission from the caregiver (older brother) - I had this issue in a different save before as well and know that the "Go to ___" is the sneak out option from that (got caught lol) :/ It stinks because I only have the option to sneak out or pass the chance.

Update: Same save file. The sims daughter was able to "Ask to Hang out with friends" but the kids who are simply care dependents still cannot ask. Seems like they forgot to code the option in for caregivers, ☹️

I do not have any sneak out option whether I’m clicking on the ground or the window and there is no option to ask permission.

I don't even have the invitation for any of my played teen sims, and I've played with over 50 of them. I've had the window on the lot for only a few, though, so maybe you have to have the window placed in order to trigger the events? In any case, I don't even know if I can sneak out the window or not, since none of my sims have ever had the opportunity to try.

@LadyAofPineapple The window is not necessary for the sneaking out invitation. I've gotten it when living in a San Myshuno apt. 

@K_SIMMER2020 Did you receive an invitation call before trying to sneak our?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Need to trigger one of the High School Years teen hangout pop-ups, and then have the teen in the household be adopted by caregivers with no bio parent present.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the teenager gets invited to go hangout, i.e. come see a movie with another teen, they don't get an interaction available to ask their caregiver permission to go, and can only sneak out.
What do you expect to see? I think the interaction is missing because the game is not registering care-giver's as the 'parent' in this interaction. There should be an option for the teen to ask their caregiver permission to go to these events.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
