Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with a female body type wear this blouse from High School Years and use the fingernail option to get a better look at the hands/fingers. You'll see that the fingers are distorted. Same process for the Moonlight Chic top.
What happens when the bug occurs? The fingers on these two tops are all bent and distorted on sims with feminine body frames.
What do you expect to see? Normal looking fingers on these two tops for sims with feminine body frames.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I don't know if these should be two separate threads or if it should be on one thread because it's the same kind of issue.
