[IL] Mermaid can't pee in the ocean/No bladder failure

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? put a sim with a very low bladder in the ocean
What happens when the bug occurs? the sim's bladder remains at the lowest and nothing happens
What do you expect to see? The option to pee in the ocean
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have a merman sim who had a low bladder, I took him to the ocean because he was in a club gathering and I didn't want to bother getting him to a toilet and I knew sims could pee in the ocean, except he didn't. The bladder remained at max and the option that used to exist to pee in the ocean didn't appear. Even with the lowest bladder (which normally causes an auto-failure and makes the sim pee in the ocean) didn't do anything.
I don't know since when the bug is occurring, but it's a feature that I miss, I haven't tried peeing in pools.
