infant disappears to a out-of-lot location/sometimes reappears on it's own

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? most but not Weddings or any of the fantasy apart from Vampires and werewolves
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The infant disappears from the lot and if clicked on chicklet (image) camera zooms to farest point right of screen as if had left lot. This happens when a lot of sims during a party ...ie Baby shower or Reunion and then after that point too. Also teleports to mat/playmat before Adult gets near
What do you expect to see? The baby where it was last put or at least somewhere on lot !!!!!!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I'm playing with a family of 4 with Mum expecting. Held a baby shower and the baby was showing hungry but could not find to feed it! it reappeared later only to disappear again the next morning - see What Happened

    What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Paranormal stuff pack, free stuff
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just observe and interact with the infant. Hire a nanny.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The infant simply disappears and when you trace it, it takes you to the lake. The baby eventually reappears, but it continues to happen. When hiring a nanny, they often won't show up, or will be invisible in my house, my sims idly interact with them. They also keep showing up uncalled for, I get notifications from the nanny greeting me while my sim is home and without me calling to hire them. They don't care for the baby, and they sometimes appear in parts of the house that are impossible to get to. I still get charged for their "services" when they reappear and get dismissed. I have also found there to be more than one invisible nanny in my house at a time.
    What do you expect to see? The baby not disappearing, and the nanny showing up and caring for the baby.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

    I have been having this issue since the last update when the infant is nowhere to be seen outside the home when a new lot is placed.  Infant found near park or on a pathway near a different lot and only their blanket remains.  Parent has to go and find them.

    I recently experienced this at the moment. My infant in a particular family is invisible
