Infant needs suddenly dropping extremely low for no reason

I was just playing my save with 4 infants, and suddenly their energy, hunger and hygiene need dropped to extremely low (they got the moodlet for extremely low hunger need, didn't get taken away). It happened with all of the infants even though their needs were perfectly green just a few minutes ago. I'm pretty sure this bug is caused by the recent patch (09/26/2023) as this has never happened to me before.

Mods and CC are disabled.

    Hi @kyuuryuuu 

    Did you disable your mods, or did you remove them entirely? You'll also need to delete your localthumbcache.package as well. Once you've done that, please test a brand new save without mods/CC and let me know if the issue persists then.

    Sorry, didn't have time to test it until now.

    Yes, the issue still persists. The game is still playable I guess because it only happened once so far.
