Is the clock and logic system broken?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game, on the Xbox One X?
What happens when the bug occurs? I feed the baby, change the diaper, a few minutes later, I have to do it again and again. Sims, stand there for an hour, then start to do, what was asked. Sims are starving, they go play video games. I believe that the logic and clock system is broken? The sims spend 24 hours, feeding, bathing, sleeping, using the bathroom, with very little time to do anything else, because they are not doing anything, or there needs digress to quickly. It's insane, to the point of being funny, but it's also ruining the game. I can't get anything done or I'm just barely progressing through the game. And every other glitch, that other people are posting? I've had to deal with those as well. And there seems to be, no real answers posted as a reply to these issues.
What do you expect to see? The game repaired and working properly? Real answers, to these problems? So, maybe I can actually enjoy this game?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I have already typed what was going on. Should I do it again, here? I believe that the game's logic and clock system is broken. Most my sims have almost maxed out their logic skill. And they are acting, like the dumbest person on the earth. Almost like mentally challenged people. I spend most of my time, tending their needs, correcting what they are doing, so on and so forth. I can't even take my sims to other locations. I turned off the auto aging system, because they would be dead before they upgraded any skill, never mind get married, or become a good employee. With the downloadable content, I have the ability to do a lot of things. But I can't do anything, because of this seemingly * nature of the sims. LOL. Please fix this game or tell me how to? LOL I love the game, but I'm getting really frustrated with it. Also, while the sims are malfunctioning, the clock keeps ticking away. The sims stop working, but the clock doesn't.
This is more of a request. While in build mode. I put all of my garden plants, in the household inventory. To do some remodeling. All of the harvestables, come off of the plants. And then I have to place each harvestable, on the ground, one at a time, then go into live mode and have the sim place each piece into their inventory. Which takes forever. I even have the storage chest, which is useless, because in build mode, I can't place the harvestables in the chest. And I can't place a whole stack of harvestables, in the build mode. And selling them is an all day event, as well.
And, why did the programmers add a bag lunch, that my sims can take to work, but they can't or won't eat the bagged lunch, while at work. That is something that should be fixed. I understand that this game has a lot of things in it, and you people went above and beyond. But, if you put something in a game, it should make sense and be useful.
