Joke Star Aspiration Not Recognizing Completed Comedy Routines

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.23.61.3400
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play game
What happens when the bug occurs? Aspiration Joke Star, step Funny Businessman(woman) does not recognize previously written comedy routines to complete "Write 3 Comedy Routines" task. Sims that have maxed out comedy routines previous to choosing the aspiration are blocked from completing the aspiration. Previous EA forum reports of bug being fixed are inaccurate.
What do you expect to see? When Sim maxes out number of routines written and cannot write more, if unfulfilled aspiration Joke Star is chosen, aspiration does not show "Write 3 Comedy Routines" as being complete.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Despite forum posts to the contrary dated from 2015-2017, the Joke Star aspiration does not recognize previous completion of comedy routines. When Sim has maxed out number of comedy routines able to be written, the aspiration becomes impossible to complete. 

There is no option available to scrap previously completed comedy routines to clear the queue.

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? .At Work .Awesome animal hats .Digital deluxe edition, key .Digital Soundtrack .Life of the party .Pack of Celebration .Up all Night
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you type "funny numbers" many times and at a certain point it doesn't let you type them into the PC anymore, as if they were Limited, but i need it to complete the "joke star" aspiration
    What happens when the bug occurs? In the game, I can't use the "write funny numbers" option on my PC anymore, because I've probably written too many of them, but I need it to complete the "joke star" aspiration mission
    What do you expect to see? that the action of "writing comic numbers" is implemented

    @BeaB1996 They are limited. There's only so many you can write.

    Merged your post with the thread on the joke star aspiration not fulfilling because of this limitation.
