Last UI Exception: PackIconCellView

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.74.59.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: Get to Work, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Discover University, Get Together, Island Living, Seasons. Game Packs: Dine Out, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Vampires Stuff Packs: Cool Kitchen Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, Moschino Stuff Pack, Movie Hangout, Nifty Knitting, Paranormal, Romantic Garden, Toddler Stuff, Vintage Glamour Other: Holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After playing the game, check the game folder. There is usually a Last UI Exception in there.
What happens when the bug occurs? A Last UI Exception is generated in the game folder.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play my unmodded game without a Last UI Exception being generated. I have not been able to play the game without it happening.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I'm reaching out to the knowledgeable people here on Answers HQ, who have always been such a help in the past!

I made a decision to remove all mods and custom content from my game; After removing the mods, I repaired the game before I played again. I started a new save file, but I still received a Last UI Exception. Could anyone please tell me what is causing this issue, so that I can hopefully fix it so it does not cause an ongoing problem with my game?

No, but it has continued to occur even after:

1) reinstalling the game in its entirety,

2) deleting the game cache and Origin cache

3) after attempting a factory reset of the Sims 4

4) repairing the game in Origin

    @AalyahReed Do you see any problems in the game or do you just get the LEUI ? Seems to be an issue with a pack icon somewhere.

    @crinrict Currently, I have just been using CAS and build mode, but I have not noticed any issues with the game. 

    I had deleted cache files and repaired the game before starting a new save file.

    You say it seems to be something to do with a pack icon;  do you think that can that cause ongoing problems or is it most likely okay? Or do you think it would be best for me to reinstall the game?

    @AalyahReed Just basing it on this part: PackIconCellView .. no idea what it really means.

    Backup your save regularly for now. I wouldn't go through any length to fix this if it's not a mod.

    @crinrict Hello again, I'm back because even though I chose to reinstall the game (just to be on the safe side) and still have no mods or custom content in my game, I am still receiving Last UI Exceptions. I will create a bug report like you suggested and also attach some info here. Also, would a DxDiag be helpful?

    I am concerned that continuing to play the game without fixing whatever issue is causing the Last UI Exceptions will eventually lead to a problem, but I am unsure how to proceed fixing the game, as I have no mods or cc that cold be causing the issue, and the game is up to date.

    I would appreciate any suggestions or input that you might have.

    I created a bug report, but when I clicked "submit" it disappeared for some reason. I will try again.

    @EA_Illium Hi, I have filled out and submitted the bug report twice, but then it disappears and I cannot find it in the bug forum. I don't know why it isn't working, I'm sorry.
