[LD] Bucket List: Custome Party goal showing up without owning DD

Spooky Day should also have a custom party but I guess you also don't own that one ?

All expansion packs except lovestruck and growing together, all game packs except batuu, crystal creations, paranormal, nifty knitting, tiny living, my first pet, laundry day, toddler, bowling night, vintage glamour, backyard, kids room, romantic garden, movie hangout, spooky and luxury party stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I chose to write a goal for my bucket list and got one to host a gold level costume party, even though I dont have the digital deluxe edition so no way to throw a costume party. I tried throwing a spooky party and got gold on it but that did not finish the goal.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game gives me a bucket list goal I cannot complete. I checked off the goal with UI cheats after the spooky party didn't work and cannot try to replicate it now to test without mods since it was a random goal.
What do you expect to see? To not be given a goal I don't have the dlc for

I have the same issue. I also have spooky day but that adds spooky party which isn't the same as costume party and did not count towards completing the goal when I tried.

I have been trying to research this issue and ran across this forum.

I figured I would chime in that I have the "I want to throw the most bizarre costume party of all time!" life goal, but I do not own the Deluxe version and Costume Party is not on my list of events. I have everything updated. 

However, I do have mods. If I take them all out and go back into my save file to look, would I be able to send that?

One of my ghost sim's unfinished business aspiration is "I want to throw the most bizarre costume party of all time" despite not having any packs or expansions that have the costume party  option. I don't have mods enabled and deleted the mods I used to use from the mods folder.

If you are able to get the goal in a new save without mods, they’re looking for saves to test.
