How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? SP45 1.Assets.beta-sp45.26
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, besides a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a child, age them up to a teen, edit their body/face, go into another lot and they're completely different people.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim is completely different from what she/he looked liked before leaving the lot.
What do you expect to see? A completely different sim. same skin tone same eyes same everything literally just his body/face reverting back to normal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. the last update or when the new pack, life and death came out.

I MESSED UP MY GAME VERSION, IM SO DUMB.

- @LexieLeeRei Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
I did do that and it still was happening
Does your sim have the Grimborn trait?
