[LD] Grimborn trait distorts body of sims

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Cheat the Grimborn trait unto any sim. I used Nyon Specter as my test subject.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims' entire body gets skinnier. Removing the trait doesn't reset the sim and adding the trait again makes the sim even skinnier than the last time and so on. Attached are before and after pictures for reference as well as a third picture for repeated add/remove of the trait to show the progression.
What do you expect to see? For the body to not change.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed Life and Death.

    Guys, this is obviously not a bug. Reaper is not supposed to be fat and his face is supposed to be scary. That's why the game constantly makes his body skinny and his face look like a skeleton. If you want beautiful sims, just don't have children with Death. Reaper is an employee of darkness. Seriously, we should just learn to live with this bug.

    My naturally occurring Grimborn sim is super skinny and his face is squashed, like he has no chin. Definitely a bug on the trait or maybe the issue is Grim's genetics? Not sure but it deforms the sim for sure

    It's a bug because it changes the body no matter what we do to it. We can go in and cheat the body to a different shape and it resets--not immediately, but after traveling. It also distorts the face so that there is no chin. There's nothing scary about having a tiny chin or being emaciated.

    Also I've had grimborn sims age up without a jaw, with their teeth just hanging out...  eyes bulging out, with an open seam in their neck that shows the hollow inside... This trait is causing a ton of visual glitches. If it was supposed to be like this, somebody would have said something. Otherwise sims look just as pretty or ugly as their other parent. It's not like they did something deliberate a la vampires to make them actually look like death. This is just a bunch of visual glitches because of how grim is coded.
