Lot shows CC icon when trying to save to gallery

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Up to date
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but bust the dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a lot, try to save to gallery.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lot will have a cc icon when trying to save to gallery.
What do you expect to see? Just a normal lot save page
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It used to show up just fine, I have been working on this lot for a long time, so have saved it to my library before.  

As of yesterday it disappeared from my library, I couldn't see it at all. When I went to save a new copy, the blue cc mark was in the corner of the preview. I'm on ps5. I can't have mods/cc.
