There will be a pop-up about the Last Exception everytime you open the game or move to another lot, if you se the report with better exceptions and no other mods, it'll say that it is because of the game itself, mods aren't the problem. Note that with the mod, the Last Exception won't be notified to the player, after some time (an hour aprox.) the game will start to act weird.What do you expect to see? No pop-up about a last exception using any of these mods, which means that there shouldn't be a last exception that the player cannot see.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Could you define acting weird ?This is likely related to an owned property so you may want to sell the ones you have and rebuy to see if it gets rid of the error. Please also remove all mods/cc and upload the LE the game throws and not BE. You can find it in your doc folder and to upload you need to create a rar file.

@crinrict thanks for the suggestion! The thing is, my household doesn't own the residential rental, they just rented it.But still, thank you!

@crinrict my household does not own any type of properties, the property owner generated by the game only owns that residential rental.I am not an expert on computers, but when I zip the doc folder and upload it here it says "unsupported extension type" and won't let me submit this, is there any way I can send you the LE?When the game starts acting weird, it lags a lot and just doesn't work, at this point I just ussually close the game because I'm scared that it might affect the save file.Thanks again for your help.

This is likely related to an owned property so you may want to sell the ones you have and rebuy to see if it gets rid of the error.
