Also having this error. Only ever get it with one specific sim - Carmen Ortega from the Lovestruck Dynamic Daters household, which is the household I've been playing recently. Hasn't had any impact on gameplay yet, but I get it worryingly often. Concerned it may corrupt my main save if I return to it ☹️
ETA: I don't appear to get this LE when I am not playing the household that Carmen Ortega is in. Appears to be fine if she's on the lot, and when I'm interacting with her, but if I zone into a lot while she is playable (i.e. I'm in playing her household) and she is present, the LE triggers.
ETA II: LE has moved to a new sim in a another household and triggers when he meets the aforementioned conditions.
ETA III: I have no idea if this information is useful or not, but figured I'd just give a final update. I now get this LE regardless of whether impacted sims are playable, or even on the lot. It can infect them out of nowhere (eg. playing the Lopez household, editing them in cas, exiting cas, and suddenly Monica is infected forever now). It's only impacting adult and elder sims who have been played. Idk if that's helpful or worth knowing. No clue if the save is corrupted or not.
I have a feeling its the Love expansion causing all this, I do not play on the Love expansion lot and still get exact error. I have rerolled a family to start fresh and get it on getting into game took all mods out and get same thing. I think EA really messed up here somewhere in their expansion.
