Multiple issues

Issue 1: when my sim Ophelia traveled to Club Eternity as part of her reaper job/career there were multiple drad sims but unfortunately one of the dead sims was still alive and no matter what I did or how long I waited she was still alive which cased me to fail that day in my sims job

Issue 2: Eyelashes are extremely glitchy and don't seem to work at all I can't change the colour and they don't look like the reference picture

 issue 3: my sim got engaged to Johnny Zest and I noticed that he only has two traits which are Goofball and outgoing but he meant to have three traits so one is missing 

Issue 4: for some reason my game has Two grim reapers and both are active on my game 

issue 5: the game for reasons unknown just shut down and when i logged back in my sim Negative dislike relationship with my other created sim Damien Draven when they used to be friends 

I tried to post this in bug report but it kept putting me here sooo please fix the bug !
