What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Nearly all except the Stuff Packs, Batuu, the new Kitchen-Accessorie-Pack and Moschino.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If i am right, you just have to continue playing, until your Sims and NPCs have children, that grow older, etc. I don't know, when it exactly starts,meaning on what lifestage, but every Sim I put into the Cas, had on *at least* one Outfit those medical accessories.
What happens when the bug occurs? Your Sims, but NPC-Sims too, will wear those medical accessories.
What do you expect to see? I expect only a very little percentage of Sims, to get them. If not to turn them off completly, if someone doesn't want them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I can tell this really happens an unrealistic amount of times. I am actually playing the Disney Legacy Challenge, which had me playing a lot of different Sims, and nearly all of them, if not all, had at least once this accessory, going through their outfits.
It's exhausting because I have to go into everyone's CAS to remove them if I don't want all of my Sims to apparently hear bad.
I will not add some pictures because I would have to go through a lot of Sims to just take a picture of them wearing those accessories, and I guess this would be useless because it's not something specific.
